According to Yahoo News, the federal government filed “condemnation paperwork Friday ostensibly to seize a 7-acre parcel of state trust land along New Mexico’s southern border, according to the State Land Office.

In March, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol offered to buy the property near the Santa Teresa border crossing for roughly $800,000, writing in a letter the property was needed to “construct new border infrastructure ... namely, steel bollard border barrier, the installation of detection technology, and roads.”“

New Mexico state leaders refused the offer, though. Now, the land will just be Taken, and the much-needed wall WILL be built!

Heck yeah, let’s go! Build the wall! High, wide, and super electrified! Do it! America!

President Trump and Secretary Noem unleashed U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to carry out targeted operations to remove criminal illegal aliens. Additionally, President Trump delivered the most secure border in history.

The rapid decline in the illegal immigrant population is already being felt nationwide, from reduced strain on public services to a resurgence in local job markets.

ICE has learned a lot about mass deporting illegal aliens this year. And the agency has been on a massive hiring spree. Next year should see many more self-deportations and removals.

Even my liberal friends (some are very far left!) are shocked when I show them my footage.

Because of that, I’m going to work to get major donors to get the footage on TV and on major shows on social media that liberals watch.

I believe more Democrats and liberals would be concerned about illegal immigration if they saw what I saw. I believe many center-left Democrats would defect and even vote Republican if they saw the massive waves of illegals that crossed daily.

Mecklenburg County Sheriff Garry McFadden said in a statement that two federal officials confirmed a plan for U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents to start an enforcement operation Saturday or early next week in North Carolina’s largest city. His office declined to identify those officials. McFadden said details about the operation haven’t been disclosed and his office hasn’t been asked to assist.

Charlotte is another such Democratic stronghold. A statement of solidarity from several local and state officials estimated the city is home to more than 150,000 foreign-born people. The city’s population is about 40% white, 33% Black, 16% Hispanic and 7% Asian.

The Trump administration has used this summer’s fatal stabbing of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutskahas on a light-rail train in Charlotte as proof that Democratic-led cities fail to protect their residents from violent crime. A man with a lengthy criminal record has been charged with murder.

Activists, faith leaders, and local and state officials say they already started preparing the immigrant community for a crackdown, sharing information about resources and attempting to calm fears. Nearly 500 people participated in a call organized by the group CharlotteEAST on Wednesday.

Protesters, including members of Antifa are planning direct actions against the federal agents.

Sources told the media outlet that the operation in Charlotte would be relatively short, and could only last one week. Another operation was also reportedly in the works in New Orleans.

Per the details obtained by CBS, the operation in Charlotte has been named “Charlotte Web.” Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino was expected to participate in the Charlotte operation, as well as the one reportedly planned in New Orleans.

WBTV has contacted federal officials at least twice since CBS first reported that Border Patrol was planning to come to Charlotte, and both times, officials sent back the same response.

“Every day, DHS enforces the laws of the nation across the country,” officials’ statement read both times. “We do not discuss future or potential operations.”

I camped right on the border for about 12 months, spread over the course of three years, to fully capture what was happening.

Many times, I would wake up in the middle of the night or early morning to hundreds of illegal aliens walking by where I slept next to the border walls.

I took the video below at 8 a.m. at the Lukeville, Arizona, Port of Entry, where I was camped. Hundreds of illegal aliens walked right in front of me.

Many people still believe my footage isn’t real because MSM didn’t show it, and the administration tried to cover it up.

One of the requirements for his home confinement is that he submit to a drug test at random times weekly. If home confinement participants fail to take the drug tests, they are put back in prison. The drug testing center Kolfage is required to travel to is three hours from his home. There’s a major problem with this.

Kolfage is not allowed to drive while on home confinement. That means he has to find someone to drive him when he is told to come in for a drug test. He was unable to when he was told to come in for testing late in August. He had to spend $300 on an Uber to get to the test site.

Then it happened again last week. So far, he has had to spend $600 on Uber, and there is no end in sight.

Brian posted this on his X account:

“This is now beyond disgusting! It’s still happening. @OfficialFBOP is fleecing me—a vet who lost three limbs for this country—forcing a $300 Uber to take a random drug test weekly b/c they won’t let me use a local lab. I can’t drive, and they know it! This is a deliberate, cruel shakedown that screams corruption! How many others are trapped in this predatory system, bled dry by a so-called “justice” system. I gave my body to this nation for freedom, not to be extorted and threatened with prison.”

There are local drug testing facilities that Brian could go to, but he isn’t being allowed to.

Kolfage has never had a drug problem in his life. Almost every person in the home confinement program must take weekly drug tests. There is no exception for Kolfage, but there should be.

This latest injustice comes on the heels of Brian being made to wear an ankle monitor on his only remaining limb. Both of Brian’s legs were blown off along with the lower part of his right arm, which means the giant ankle bracelet is attached to his wrist.

Brian was told by an NGO employee that the only choice he had was to put the giant ankle bracelet on his last remaining limb, his left arm.

Brian sent me a text and told me the problems the ankle bracelet is causing.

“It’s horrible, like having a brick duct taped to your hand. Since it’s my only limb, it’s constantly getting in the way of my wheelchair when I try to roll. It’s caused me to fall multiple times when it interferes with my hand grip when transferring out of my wheelchair. It’s a disgrace, is what it really is; they should be ashamed to do such a thing.”

My newest video was released today. I was with a friend filming on the border late last year when we got lost at night, and there were crazy, steep border roads in the mountains. We were afraid the SUV we were in would roll backwards, lol. I was freaking crazy.

This was a stunning sunset I witnessed while filming in the low desert mountains near Jaumba Hot Springs, in San Diego County, California.

Abandoned houses are all over the border where I recently filmed. Smugglers, drug dealers & addicts, and traffickers use them frequently. The roof of this one was so dilapidated, I almost fell through.

This was in late 2024 near Jacumba, California. A group of people who had crossed the border illegally had just been apprehended by Border Patrol. An agent asked me if anyone was in the home. There wasn't anyone hiding. Occupied homes were regularly broken into in this area in past years by cartel scouts, coyotes, and drug addicts. Firearms were a top target, according to locals I spoke to.

I showed my good friend, combat Marine vet Ron Givens, who is good friends with Harmeet Dhillon. Dhillon is the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Justice in President Trump's administration. Givens was appalled by what Brian is being made to go through.

Givens told me that it is cruel and unusual punishment and that he will be in contact with Dhillon to see what her office can do about it.

Everyone should be furious about the treatment this war hero is being subjected to. Be sure to contact your member of Congress and ask that they inquire why a triple-amputee war veteran is being treated like this.

I've been heading up public relations for Brian since he was wrongfully imprisoned for getting privately funded border walls built. I was the photographer and news editor for his border wall non-profit, We Build the Wall, and I have been employed by Brian on and off since 2015. I began covering his life story in 2013.

He is on home confinement and still needs a pardon from President Trump. The Obama appointed judge who sentenced Brian also ordered him to pay close to $3 million in restitution. That amount will be impossible for Brian to pay off and most likely was meant to harm him financially.

Having headed up the movement to get Brian released, I knew Brian would be freed on this date for about a month, but he told me we couldn’t say anything because leftists would try to screw up his release. It was a tough secret to keep I’ll tell you that.

Brian emailed me from prison a few days before, letting me know it was all a go and that he would indeed be freed from prison.

Triple-amputee Air Force veteran Brian Kolfage is slowly dying in a federal prison. The lack of proper care for this war hero is shocking, egregious, and infuriating.

Below is an urgent message from Kolfage.

I’m Jeff Rainforth, his longtime friend and colleague. I was the videographer and news editor for Kolfage’s We Build the Wall. Kolfage was wrongfully imprisoned by the infamous SDNY Democrat operatives over being paid an approved salary for his part in getting miles of privately funded border wall built in Texas and New Mexico.

Kolfage was sentenced to 51 months by the same DOJ operation that targeted Trump. Stephen K. Bannon was pardoned by President Trump for these same charges. Following the pardon, Alvin Bragg charged Bannon through the state of New York.

Kolfage founded We Build the Wall to build border walls when the government would not because of Democratic Party obstruction.

I’ve worked with Brian since 2015, and started covering him in articles in 2012. He brought me on to We Build the Wall as the photographer and news editor. I filmed construction of our border wall from start to finish. Below is a short clip from when we were about a third of the way done.

Kolfage sent me the following message to share with the public. Because he is a triple-amputee veteran, and the “most severely wounded Airman to survive any war,” he requires special attention to his medical needs, which are not being provided in the prison.

From Kolfage:

I have to shit in a plastic pan that’s not even a bedpan. I can’t use the toilets because they are too unsafe and I have fallen off them. I have to urinate into a plastic jug too.

They have nothing for my body to stay physically healthy, they have never dealt with a triple amputee like myself. Because of their inability to care for me long-term, I’m now pre-diabetic, my livers are inflamed, my blood pressure is high, and my cholesterol is also now high. Everything they are doing to me is fucking me up internally and my organs are all having problems. The doctor here last week said I’m at a high risk for a heart attack now. This is 100% on them. I came in here healthy.

I was told I needed to see a hand surgeon now. They have ruined my last remaining limb. Like the government hasn’t taken enough of my body, they want my last remaining limb. The overuse of my hand here has destroyed it, my fingers get stuck and don’t bend. If my tendons rupture, my hand will never work again like it should. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

The doctor here had me taken to Mayo Hospital a few months ago because I’m in the wrong wheelchair, and it’s causing my daily excruciating sciatic nerve pain. The Mayo doctor said I needed a certain wheelchair, and the FBOP physical therapist who came with me told them right there on the spot “We don’t have funds for that”. They won’t even let me use my VA insurance to get what I need. This pain is so excruciating, it feels like when I lost my limbs in Iraq. To this day, they haven’t done anything except get me a different wheelchair cushion.

I haven’t had a proper shower in over a year since I arrived, I use baby wipes. This is also because they do not have the appropriate shower accessibility for a triple amputee. This is unacceptable!

They haven’t given me the proper meds for my pain; they said it’s against their policy, so they feed me highly addictive Oxys instead, which still don’t work. However, they give these specific meds to other inmates who have drug problems. So they wanted me to lie and say I did have a problem just to get the correct medication, which I’m not going to say.

These people are not able to care for me and my internal health is going to shit. They are way out of their league. This shouldn’t be a death sentence on my life, but slowly it’s turning to that!

Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar has been fighting for Kolfage’s freedom from day one. Gosar made this statement to then-House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi in 2022.

Airman Kolfage lost three limbs defending our country in the Iraq war. While serving a second tour of duty in Iraq in 2004, a rocket shell exploded 25 feet from him. Due to his tenacity and determination, he shocked his doctors and left Walter Reed after only 11 months. He earned a Purple Heart and is the most wounded airman ever to have survived a war in the history of our country.

Brian Kolfage’s service to country did not end with his military valor. Incredibly, he ran a private organization that helped build 3 miles of border wall along the Rio Grande river, a place where construction is difficult due to the great potential for erosion.

So how do our corrupt elites treat this hero? They respond like they did to the many peaceful protesters on January 6, to the pro-life protesters facing over 10 years for trying to save the unborn, or to anyone who disagrees with their globalist, America-last agenda. They persecute them; they make their lives a living hell; they ruin them.

As our ruling elites were not happy that the illegal hordes could not continue to stream across the border, they activated their deep-state machinery and sent their secret police to arrest Airman Kolfage.

Fifteen Federal law enforcement goons dragged him out of his house without a wheelchair, subjecting him to utter humiliation and pain in front of his family. No thought whatsoever was given to his disabled status. And in prison, the VA refused him pain medications, without which he suffers unbearable pain.

Mr. Kolfage had worked tirelessly, 12 hours a day, for several years to get this 3-mile section of wall built. He ran and operated the organization that got it done.

For taking a salary, the Federal Government arrested him, saying he had no right to get paid anything because his website said any money raised would go to build the wall. In my view, he was part of getting the wall built. There was nothing wrong with him getting a salary and saying the money would be used to build the wall. Without him, it would not have been complete, and no real American would object to a man getting paid to devote himself to a selfless project like this one and succeeding.

Airman Kolfage was just intimidated into taking a plea deal by our third-world, kangaroo-court judicial system. This veteran and activist should be celebrated as a hero in so many ways. Instead, he will rot in a Federal prison. A greater injustice is hard to imagine. To his wife, Ashley, and two children, my heart goes out to them. I am praying for them all. Please know that I will continue to fight against the injustice done to her husband.”

As you can see, what is happening to this hero is sickening, and cannot stand. I will be organizing a movement to get Kolfage freed from prison. It will most likely be in the same vein as the rallies at Mexican consulates I organized to get combat Marine vet, Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, freed from the Mexican prison after he was arrested for accidentally crossing the border with a firearm.

A deal has been reached between the company that took possession of the border wall materials that the Biden administration sold off as “surplus” and the Trump administration.

Via Fox News:

The global government-surplus auction house that listed unused components of President Donald Trump’s border wall under the Biden administration told Fox News Digital on Friday that it plans to coordinate with the Trump administration to return some of the materials to the federal government.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, GovPlanet – an auction clearinghouse for public-sector and government surplus – announced Friday they have reached a breakthrough deal with the Trump administration.

“GovPlanet has reached an agreement, working with the Office of the Border Czar, to return border wall materials that were previously deemed surplus and sourced by the federal government to GovPlanet via existing contracts,” said the company, a subsidiary of an Illinois-founded, British Columbia-based international operation called Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers-RB Global.

“A third-party firm that has been contracted for construction of the border wall will take receipt of the materials over the next 90 days,” GovPlanet added.

After a friend was brutally assaulted by six illegal aliens in Jacumba, California, I replaced concertina wire on the border wall where cartel members had cut it. They used the spot to put thousands of illegal aliens over via ladder. No one crossed there for about four months after that.

The man, known locally as Coyote Jeff, had stopped a group of illegal aliens from crossing there by throwing a rock and yelling at them while I was filming. He tried to do it again another time, and that’s when he was assaulted.

I’ll have photos and videos in the next articles. In 2023 I camped and filmed in Lukeville, Arizona, for seven weeks. About 800 to 1000 people crossed illegally every day.

Most people crossing in Lukeville were males from Islamic-majority African nations, India, Syria, and the Middle East. In 2024, I spent over four months camped around Jacumba, California, in San Diego County. About 600 people crossed illegally a day. Many were from China and the Middle East. It cuts red tape and regulations so that the border wall can be built and repaired faster.

Rep. Dusty Johnson introduced the bill. It’s cosponsored by Rep. Randy Weber (R-TX).

We need to pressure Speaker Johnson to get the bill to a vote.

I’ve worked on the border since 2019, helping get the first privately funded border wall built with triple-amputee vet Airman Brian Kolfage, and then filmed the Biden-Kamala border invasion in every southern border state. We need this bill to pass in case there is ever a Democratic president who opens the border again.

Here are the details of the bill.

“U.S. Representative Dusty Johnson (R-S.D.) introduced legislation to ensure generational security of the southern border. The Furthering American Security by Tempering Environmental Regulations (FASTER) Act would require future administrations to maintain and enhance the border wall and border technology.

“While House Republicans and President Trump have taken historic action to secure the border, there is no certainty that we won’t have another president like Joe Biden whose policies created chaos at the border,” said Johnson. “Regulations often delay the construction progress, but my bill removes that red tape, making sure every future administration acts swiftly to maintain a secure southern border.”

“The Furthering American Security by Tempering Environmental Regulations (FASTER) Act:

• Directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary to conduct a survey once every two years of the barriers at the southern border.

  • The survey must include the number of miles without appropriate infrastructure and describe any deficiencies (damage, deterioration, or unmet maintenance or repairs) of existing tactical infrastructure or technology.

• After completing the biennial survey, DHS shall submit reports within 90 days to the House Committee on Homeland Security and Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs in an unclassified manner but may include a classified annex if deemed appropriate by the Secretary.

• Should the Secretary identify any deficiencies, the Secretary must utilize its authority to waive all environmental reviews and legal requirements to correct deficiencies in an expedited manner.”
